Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you change your mind or receive an item that is faulty or not as described, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Perishable goods, personal care items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our customer service team via the Help Centre with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a returns address and, where applicable, a prepaid returns label.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
